Note: You can cancel your order before a tracking number is issued. Once your tracking number is sent to you, you can no longer cancel your order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Every cases results may vary.

CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES: If you place an order, and then dispute the purchase, we will file an investigation with your bank. We are responsible for lost funds due to the bank siding with us.
